Alyn Smith Alyn Smith, Member of the European Parliament, Group of the Greens/European Free Alliance
Alyn Smith MEP was elected to the European Parliament for the first time in 2004. He has since been re-elected twice, at the 2009 European Parliament election and the 2014 European Parliament election. He graduated from Nottingham Law School in 1996 and also gained a Masters degree in European Studies from the College of Europe in Warsaw. Alyn is a member of the SNP’s National Executive Committee, and is a full member of the European Parliament’s Committee on Foreign Affairs and Scotland’s only voice on the Committee for Agriculture.
